Protection from Bots

The contact form is designed with a built-in protection from submissions by bots.

Contact form configuration includes changes to:

  • Form labels and text (Learn More)
  • The success message after a user submits request (Learn More).
  • The email to which a user submitted questions and requests will be sent (Learn More).

Users can submit a question or request within Help Dialog using the "Contact Us" tab:

1 - The user selects the Contact Us tab.

2 - The user fills in optional and mandatory fields.

3 - Clicking on the Submit button will store the submission in the database and, if configured, send  an email.

After a user submits their question or request, configurable text is shown to the user.

The text can be configured in the Help Dialog Editor as explained here.

All user submissions can be viewed in the back end.
