Initial Message Settings
Engage your visitors by showing an initial message. You can have a unique message for each widget. This feature is part of the PRO Extension. Click here to learn more about the PRO Extension.
Initial Message settings are located under the General Tab.
Customize the Initial Message
- Initial Message - show or hide it
- Message Mode - choose Text only or the image above the text as well.
- Message Text - enter your welcome message.
- Message Image URL - upload an image to your media library, then go to edit image mode and copy the image URL and paste it into this input field.
