Manage Widgets
The widgets admin screen lists all defined widgets. Add new widgets, remove existing ones and customize widgets.
A widget can be customized in the following ways:
- Select pages on which to show the widget
- Create FAQs to show in the widget
- Add a search feature for FAQs, Posts, and Articles
- Set the colors, text, and logo
- Choose a dialog size
- Adjust the Help Dialog launch parameters
Configure a Widget
Copy the URL link to this section to share
- Open the Help Dialog menu.
- Choose the widget page.
- To open detailed information, click on View Details.
- Find the status of this widget and wheter it is visible to the public.
- Find the list of Pages this widget is displayed on.
- Find the list of Questions assigned to this widget.
- Click to Edit this widget.
- Copy Widget to create a new Widget
