Choose one of two ways to install the Help Dialog plugin:

Download and Install Manually
Go to the official WordPress plugin page and download the plugin zip file:
Find and Install on the Plugins Admin Page
Install the Help Dialog within your WordPress site:
Step 1
Go to your WordPress Dashboard and login.
Step 2
On the Admin sidebar, go to Plugins menu and select “Add New.”
Step 3
On the “Add Plugins” page, select the Author option in the filter drop-down.
Step 4
1. In the search box type in: echoplugins.
2. Click on the Install Now button.
Step 5
Click on the Activate Button.
Step 6
Now that you have activated the Help Dialog plugin, you will be shown the Get Started page to set up your new Help Dialog widgets:
